Inc. has evolved from a grassroots, owner operated company into a dedicated and well led organization that focuses on being the elite go to contractor in the southeast for commercial construction projects. Who We Are
We are a team of self-motivated professionals hand-picked to manage and succeed at our respective roles. Family-owned and operated, M.O. Inc. was founded in 1978 by Franklin Anderson Sr. with the same core values we hold to today. This tradition has been passed down to his son, Franklin Anderson Jr. who is now managing the second generation of quality craftsmanship.
Our management team, each with years of experience in the industry, has the ability to execute projects from design to completion while communicating with our clients seamlessly along the way. Our field staff are highly skilled craftsmen with countless projects under their belts, leaving no detail untouched. We are a group of committed individuals who give respect to and receive it from everyone on the job.

What We Do
We specialize in heavy and light gauge metal stud framing – drywall hanging and finishing – acoustical ceilings and specialty ceiling systems – rough carpentry and blocking – insulation – FRP – doors – frames, and hardware installation.
